Global Conference on Indigenizing Entrepreneurship 2018

The Indigenous Collective team will be at the Global Conference on Indigenizing Entrepreneurship this year in Ottawa!

The goal of Indigenizing entrepreneurship represents a significant opportunity for Indigenous peoples to build vibrant Indigenous-led economies that support sustainable economic development and well-being.

The GCIE offers training and mentoring opportunities for students and practitioners of Indigenous entrepreneurship, with specific workshops for Indigenous women and youth.

The GCIE aims to witness and celebrate the founding of the Indigenous Institute for Entrepreneurship at Algonquin College, which will create a hub for the teaching and practice of Indigenous entrepreneurship in Canada.
